1.] Where do ideas come from?

Most ideas come from paying attention to the world, scrambling the information up my head, and then taking a long run.

2.] What is the itch you are scratching?

I am trying to satisfy a dual objective. I want to participate in the conversation about the human condition, but also be a fly on the wall witnessing it. I suppose I want to be two people, but I am stuck just being one.

3.] Early Bird or night owl, tortoise or hare?

I am definitely now an early bird, although I used to be a night owl. Perhaps my inner night owl just stayed up later and later until we reached morning. I think it has to do with being awake when it is quiet, and most other people are asleep. I am also definitely the tortoise. I believe that my best work is ahead of me as I continue to learn more about the world.

4.] How do you know when you are done?

I'm never really done. It can always be better, but eventually you have to let it go. That usually happens with an external deadline, or I can't think of something better for the moment.
