Sarah is always the first point of contact, setting the project on a strong foundation. When the scope is clear — or clear enough — a hand-off to Quinn.
Quinn is the single point of contact for the entirety of the creative process through delivery — and beyond. [Delivery triggers a final invoice, but it does not mean the end of our engagement. Quinn is on board for follow-up consultation until project objectives are met.]
If project scope changes as the project unfolds, Sarah will reconnect to incorporate those revisions, as Quinn continues working forward.
